Well I'd like to say again kof being my favorite fighting series.
most of the games in the series i like
this one is no exception
so this is the SECOND best Kof in my mind
Introducing a new fighting system
The new system called EXTRA made it so u could charge up instead of beating ur enemy to a pulp to get power
they still had ur plain old kof mode used in almost all of them(advance mode)
now to the ratings
